Creating new opportunities from lists of potential buyers can be a time-consuming process, especially if there’s no system behind it. That’s why CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty has been exploring changing its processes and implementing a company that’s been at the forefront of the real estate industry for its innovation and spectacular user experience. (After all, happy clients make happy agents!)
RealScout arrived on the scene to help us give our potential buyer clients, who we’d been nurturing through drip campaigns, a more interactive experience. After six months of implementing RealScout, here are some of CENTURY 21 Redwood Customer Relations Manager Kelly Posacki’s thoughts:
“We initially tried RealScout with a list of leads that had gone cold in our drip list. They were not interacting with us or opening emails. We sent one invitation email out to a large group of leads and immediately had engagement with them. We were able to see them set up individual searches and begin asking questions about specific homes. The emails that the clients receive have really interactive photos and communicate in a very natural way that makes people engage. Clients are also able to set up a search themselves with very simple user buttons.
One of RealScout's coolest features is that it makes it very easy for the client to engage with the agent when they are ready to see a home. Within their search on every home, there is a button called “Schedule a Showing” or “Details” that emails the agent immediately. Then, the agent can interact in live messaging with the lead and set up a time to meet.”
After this great experience with RealScout, with real, measurable results and the mutual satisfaction of our clients and agents, we’re looking forward to rolling RealScout out to all of our CENTURY 21 Redwood agents to use to engage with their sphere of influence and client database. As Kelly notes, “Clear and consistent information to clients in technology-forward searches is the key to success.” Here’s to the success of our Redwood agents!
