About Nick

It'd be easy to write Nick off as 'the numbers guy' when you hear he's CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty's Chief Financial Officer. Although he's instrumental in keeping the company on track and Eddie from buying everything, Nick is much more than someone who's great with money. His world travels (6 continents, 43 countries...and counting) have deeply affected him and helps him maintain an incredible people-focused attitude toward every decision he makes. In fact, Nick is one of main forces behind creating Redwood Gives Back and ensuring it received its 501(c)(3) status!

Raised in the construction business in the south hills of Pittsburgh,  Nick graduated from Penn State University with a specialized Major of Real Estate & Economics. He became one of the Top Producing Sales People with Richmond American Homes, where he sold more than 210 Homes for an excess of $50 Million Dollars.

As co-founder of CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty, Nick came aboard full time in November of 2003. In 2005, he took on the role of Director of Finance, and not only keeps us “in the black," but also focuses on growing our business across Northern Virginia, Washington, DC and Maryland. Nick's dual role of CFO & Director of Business Development has helped us achieve awards from the Cartus Global Relocation Network while guiding us to become one of the highest-grossing CENTURY 21 companies in the world.

Outside of Redwood, Nick enjoys spending time with his friends & family, listening to music (fun fact: he's a great DJ!), exploring the great outdoors, or indulging his passion for world travel.
