Every house you list immediately gets multiple offers. Every person you talk to seems to be thinking about selling their property and needs your expert advice. Every buyer you work with insists on seeing at least 12 houses because there’s a chance at least half of them will be gone by the next morning. What else could it be but spring market?!
When the going gets hot in real estate, how do you handle it as a real estate agent? We asked some of our CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty agents how they handle a hot spring market.
One of our newer agents, Zachary Waddell from our Ashburn office, responded, “As a newer agent, I haven’t yet been fully subjected to the craziness that is the spring market. However, if I were super-busy, I could definitely see the benefit of taking advantage of Redwood’s in-house services. Moving forward, I plan on using the Transaction Concierge service, even when I’m not busy, just as an extra set of eyes to make sure all deadlines are met and that I am available and able to provide the very best customer service for my clients instead of getting bogged down with paperwork. I rather enjoy creating the postcards and marketing materials, so I’ll probably still do that myself, but it’s nice to know I have the option of the Marketing Concierge should I need it. Finally, I’m sure nights of red wine and Adele will play a big roll in keeping my sanity!”
Paula Pummill, a real estate agent from our Montclair office, agrees with Zachary about taking advantage of all of CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty’s in-house services: “The way I lighten my load is by using Transaction Concierge and by utilizing my assistant even more. I have also had agents in my office hold open houses for me. Paperless Pipeline is awesome as it makes organizing paperwork simple!”
