How to Generate More Real Estate Listings: Parts 1 and 2

Real estate is a seasonal industry. As much as we’d love to spread the business out evenly throughout the year (maybe even allotting for weekends off, you might say), it comes in waves. This time of year can be psychologically rough for some agents as they wait for the “fall market” to appear. If you’re in that boat, I have news for you: markets never come when you’re waiting. Activity breeds activity. Slower times of year represent significant opportunities to examine your business and roll out new campaigns, particularly ones that attract listings.
