Sandy arrived at C21 Redwood following a stint as Principal Broker of a downtown DC brokerage and about 15 years as an active salesperson licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia. Her main market as an agent was DC and the close-in Maryland suburbs where she helped her clients achieve their real estate goals. She currently serves on GCAAR’s Grievance Committee and contributes a column to the GCAAR magazine that covers ethics issues. Appropriately enough, this regular magazine feature is called, “Don’t Let This Happen to You!” and is geared toward helping agents avoid ethics complaints.
Sandy is thrilled to be part of the Arlington office, and Director of our New Agent Program. She loves helping new and experienced CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty agents be the best they can possibly be, guiding them through the ‘survive’ phase and into the ‘thrive’ stage of their careers. As Sandy notes, “Everything I’ve been working toward since committing to moving my career from the sales side into management is encompassed in this. I feel doubly lucky my ‘perfect job’ is with such a dynamic, successful company.”
Sandy has lived in DC since coming here right after graduating from the University of Michigan. In fact, “back in the day” her first home in DC was just 2 doors up from our DC office, right in the heart of Dupont Circle! Sandy fell in love with DC’s beauty and buzz right from the start & still revels in getting out and enjoying everything the city has to offer with her husband and her two DC-born and bred daughters.
