It's no surprise Shawn Milletary is involved in real estate - after all, it's a Milletary family legacy. Many consider Shawn the heart of the company, as he's always there to pick you up when you're down, has an amazing outlook on life, and is always ready to put a smile back on your face. On a more serious side, though, Shawn's sincerity, integrity and incredibly relentless work ethic makes him the perfect fit as both our Principal Broker and Chief Operating Officer.
Shawn graduated from Penn State University and chose to return to Northern Virginia to begin his real estate career. His familiarity with the area, especially Loudoun County, made him an instant success. After his many awards and successes in the new home industry, Shawn agreed that it was time to pursue a real estate company, and co-founded CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty in 2003.
It’s a pretty known fact that Shawn was a huge catalyst for our company’s rapid growth from the outset, as his stellar real estate reputation brought him referrals for new agents from the start. Now, he oversees the day-to-day minutiae of the business, ensuring every CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty transaction goes as smoothly as possible and dealing with any unforeseen issues that pop up.
In his other life, Shawn is a dedicated family man and avid sports fan. If you can’t find him spending time watching football, soccer or baseball, you’ll find him in his garden (yes, really!).
